| In this issue, we will see how the Report parameter Screen will works. Typically, some parameters are auto-filled by SpApp based on the data screen from which you came here. If you don't specify the values for other parameters or blanked out all parameters, the report is generated for the complete list of data. If so, Comparison Criterion should be 'Greater Than'. It is preferred that you specify the parametric values properly, so that the report generated is of immediate relevance and use to you. Typically, keep Greater Than condition and Blanks/Empty in All values, to generate a Full report. If the data is huge, the generation takes time. |

SpApp-An Enterprise AppMaker:![]() Report Parameter Screen. |
You can select the value of the parameter or just type the value. Please note that in reports that require a
date range to be provided, it is important that the date values are entered correctly, in your Computer Format.
In case a report has an 'As On' parameter, you need to specify that parameter value correctly, as it would appear
on the Report. If the report does not have the parameters option, this screen will not be shown. If you believe that you're not getting to see the correct set of data in the report, please check back on parameters entered for the report. In the View screen, click on the button 'Print Report – F8' to print the report. SpApp always prints the report from the default printer set in your computer. You can Fax the report provided you have the required hardware/software installed in your computer. The report can be saved as an image file or as on Excel file. |
