In this issue, we will see how a Product or an Application can be custom-fit in Appearance and Presentation to an user.
In case you have built a New Application and want to set up the Settings, press 'New' and set the various setting as per your liking. After completing, Save the setting.
In case of Ready-to-Use products such as KwikBizLite, KwikPayLite, etc., there is a well-defined Default Settings. Open it and check the Values.
Many Settings are supported. You can change any setting here and save. It takes immediate effect.
If you wish to get certain previleges like SpecGuide Access, etc., then you need to provide the Administrator ID & Password.

Above screen-shot shows the Custom Settings options of SpApp.
General Settings: Many Settings of a general nature are supported in this block. Settings can be changed at will and they take immediate effect.
Product Titles: Product Titles appearing at the very top of your Data Screen, can be shown or suppressed.
Custom Profiles: If available, Module-based Profile List is shown in App Details screen.
Product Image: If available, Product Image is shown at top left of Data screens.
Date/Time: Show/Suppress Date & Time display. Required for Product Titles & Scroll.
Scroll Tip: Scrolling Help Tips at Top of most screens, if available. Can be suppressed.
Speed Login: Allows you to login automatically, with your ID & Password. Must provide the values, here.
SpecGuide Access: Tick it and give Admin ID and Password, to access SpecGuide.
Admin Access: Tick it and give Admin ID and Password, to access All Administration options.
Check Licence: If you're Administrator, you can check Product Licence Number here.
Sound on Message: Data Updates and other Messages are accompanied by unique sound bits. This can be switched On or Off.
Alerts: Tick it to get Alert Message at Login.
Screen Resolution: Tick it to view Software at 1024x768 Screen Resolution.
Auto Start: Tick it to Auto Start this Product on Boot, Speed Login should also be set. On starting your computer you will get to the Profile Screen directly.

Answer: Data updates are done thru' Addition, Alteration or Removal operations.
Bee-sak product provides a very easy data-entry process. Controls are complete in every respect, Lookups, direct checks, initial values and cross-checks are provided.
Cross-updates are automatic thru' business logic.
In Multi user environment, messages are flashed indicating that data has been changes, if other users are viewing the same data.
Consistent Business logic checks are carried out, to ensure accuracy.

Question 3:How does Batch Processing works in SpApp?
Answer: Batch process of data is done, thru' Business Actions.
An Action processes data, based on specific parameters, Bee-sak actions are very quick and done in real-time, Such actions can be rolled back.

Question 4: How the SpApp's Admin Options supports the Bee-Sak Products?
Answer: You can use Admin tool, to administer your product.
All Administrative processes are menu-driven,
Tou can take periodic backup and in case of emergency, restore from the backup.
Data can be exported to text files, at anytime, You may also export the full product, as SQL statements.

Question 5: How SpApp Supports the Static data Exchange?
Answer: Data can be imported to your App, at anytime. Only CSV/TXT files are supported. Internal formats have to match. SpApp provides SQL scripts, on each App as DDL/DML.
