In this issue, let us discuss with SpApp's Application Detail Screen. An Application is typically made up of many profiles. A profile is a business activity or an entity or a topic of your business. There is no need for traditional ‘System’ thinking or approach. For example, in a Trading Application it is good to have a profile called product, to hold information about what you sell. Above screen-shot shows the list of Profiles of an ERP system. Using this screen you can view the Profile's data. There are many options available in the Application Detail screen like View Data, Reports, Alert & Action. 		Use Application Details to view Profile's List.

Your Application is made up of many profiles. A profile is a business activity or an entity or a topic of your business. Each profile holds data, as per your needs.

Select a Profile to do any of the following tasks:
  • "F7 - View" - to View existing data.
  • "F8 - Report" - to generate Reports.
  • "Alt+A - Alert" - to check Alerts based on data or to check personal reminders.
  • "Alt+T - Action" - to process large volume of data at one go.
  • "Alt+M - Message" - to check messages from other SpApp users (only in Enterprise Version).
A profile holds your data, all the time. You can add, modify, delete, print or check your data, along with other data, in subsequent screens. SpApp provides a rich set of features, for you to manage your data, in a very user-friendly way. If you are a First-time user of SpApp, it is important that you walk-through all screens and learn the nuances, before entering Live data.

Answer:SpApp allows you to export data in a simple text format or csv format or as a dat file. You can import data into any profile from a txt or dat or csv file types, you need ensure that data to be imported matched the Profile format.
