Above screen shows the Employee Payscale as kept in KwikPayLite. The Payscale for the Employees must be defined before processing the salary.
If Attendance is not applicable for an Employee than change the ‘Attendance Calculation’ status to ‘Not Applicable’. Similarly you can decide if ESI is applicable by changing the status of ‘ESI Calculation’.

Where is KwikPayLite available?
Answer:
KwikPayLite is available at all leading bookstores in your city. It is also available with software resellers. Just go & buy.
If it is not available in your town, please send a DD for Rs. 990/- in favour of Sysnet Associates (India) Pvt Ltd, payable at Bangalore.
We shall send the product to you by courier within 48 hours (Courier charges are borne by us). You can also order you copy through VPP, fill the order form and email it to us.

Question 2:
How do you provide upgrades on KwikPayLite?
Answer:
KwikPayLite is managed by you, on all fronts. You can change it without programming.
In limited scenarios of Major law changes by GoI, we provide free upgrades on our website. You may download & use. These
upgrades are made available only for our registered customers.

Question 3:
Hi, I bought a KwikPayLite package. While installing it, it asked for some .net framework. What to do?
Answer:
KwikPayLite needs Microsoft .net Framework toolkit. It is free from Microsoft. The freely redistributable kit is kept in KwikPayLite CD.
Just press Yes to install .net framework and proceed to install from KwikPayLite CD. After this, the Payroll product also gets installed.

Question 4:
Will KwikPayLite work for our company having about 200 employees?
Answer:
KwikPayLite works even for 1000+ employees. May be, you need to check for earnings & deduction heads available. Add more, if
your company needs them. If you add/remove any, please take care to put in proper calculation logic and make changes in Payslips
and other reports. We suggest you test the changes well before going Live. Payroll job gets over in a jiffy.
Do use a powerful printer to take out Payslips & other reports. Printing may turn out to be a bottleneck.

I could print Payslips with KwikPayLite. Thank you. Now, I want to take out Salary data from KwikPayLite. How?
Answer:
Thank you. KwikPayLite supports Text File Export of any of your data. Go to Admin, Select export, provide required password, choose
Salary profile and export. It exports data in a jiffy. Take the saved text file and use it anywhere. Please ensure you match the Data Layouts before importing to other systems.
