The Quotation data as kept in KwikBizLite.
Customer Name: The name of the Customer to whom the Quotation is prepared. The customer name is to be selected from the list. The Customer list is based on the ‘Customer Names’ stored in the ‘Customer’ profile.
Quotation Date: While creating a new Quotation the current date in your computer is shown by default. The user can change the date if required.
Accounting Year: The Accounting Year, this is based on the Accounting Year mentioned in the ‘App Information’ screen.
Customer Ref: Any reference based on which the quotation is prepared.
Tax Type: The Tax Type to which the customer belongs. This is referred from the ‘Customer’ profile.
Basic Value: The basic value of the Quotation.
Discount Value: The discount value of the Quotation.
Tax Value: The tax value of the Quotation.
Total Value: The total value of the Quotation.
Total Value R/O: The Total value round off to the nearest rupee.
Quotation Status: The current status of the Quotation. By default it will be set to ‘Open’.
Quotation Created By: The name of the person who has created the Quotation.
No. Of Items: The number of Items mentioned in this quotation.
Quotation Remarks: Any special terms to be stated in the Quotation document can be entered here and in many lines.
