Above screen shows the Item screen with related Profiles of Item. An Item is uniquely identified by its Category and Name.
There is no need to maintain Item codes. Direct yet unique names, do the trick. Except here, you need to just select a
Item from a list in all other screens. So, keep the names complete and meaningful. Avoid using codes.

Ageing debtors Statement – Invoice wise balance receivable from each customer.
Purchase Order document
Goods Receipt Note.
Supplier List – The list of all suppliers with their address and contact details.
Item Supplier Price Comparison – The price offered by different suppliers for an Item.
Statement of Accounts - Details of all Purchase and Payment transactions of a supplier for a given date range.
Ageing Creditors Statement – Balances payable to each supplier.

Question 3:
Where can I Set Excise rate parameter?
Answer:
In EasyPlant Software, you can setup the Initial data in Application Information Screen, it is availabel from 'Admin' Screen.
You must be the Administrator and must remember the Admin UserName and Password. Then, you may set the Values for Excise, Tax, etc and save.

Question 4:
If minor changes are required in Easyplant reports, can I change it myself?
Answer:
Yes. Most definitely. It is possible to change the reports yourself. It is very easy to change too.
SpecGuide provides plenty of features to handle Custom Reports. You may also create a new report.
All of these are done without computer programming. Please take a backup of your Application, before changing.
